Speaking in Washington, DC by invitation of the government was a blast...

Everyone was wonderful to me.

I announced during my speech "If the FBI would like to talk to me in person - instead of looking so hard at my website, I will be at my hotel for the remainder of the week." That got a laugh!! (this was 2001-2002 actual action on my website) I guess they decided I was just a writer! I had my criminal defense lawyer husband with me, so how could I resist!!

A writers world is hard work with a lot of fun tossed in so you don't notice.
